How to navigate through CREDIA
-
Visual Set Up
To get the most out of CREDIA we recommend selecting the Light Mode Colour Scheme, Fluid Width, and Condensed Left Sidebar. This will ensure your analytics span to the edges of your screen and that the visualisations pop!
-
Menu
The CREDIA suite hosts a range of dashboards that can be accessed by hovering over the cube icon at the top left of your screen.
This flyout will contain all dashboards within your CREDIA subscription and you can navigate between them by clicking the relevant title.
-
Filtering
Each dashboard is driven by a set of filters that fold out by clicking the arrow at the top right of the screen.
Here you can recalibrate the underlying visualisations by refining what segment of your portfolio you wish to focus on. The Property, Tenancy, Company, Owner, and Manager filters are accessible on all dashboards to provide a personalised view.
-
Drill down
Once you have filtered your dashboard to its desired state, you are able to drill into the underlying data of any aggregate figure, pie slice, bar segment, or title. This can be achieved by right-clicking and selecting show all.
Here you will be greeted with a clear and concise schedule that works to deconstruct the aggregate figure or visualisation into its various components.
- Drill Through
One of the most powerful elements of CREDIA is its direct integration with Re-Leased. If you wish to investigate a specific data point further, you can again right-click the cell and select the resulting hyperlink.
This is available across the majority of the platform, whether a Property, Tenant, Event, Task or invoice, you will navigate back to this specific point of interest within your Re-Leased environment.
- Alerts
CREDIA is designed to surface risk and opportunity within your portfolio to ensure you and your team remained focused on your strategy, KPIs, and key milestones. Alerts allow you to set conditional parameters on visualisations that are triggered once broken.
For instance, Henrietta house is a key asset with a low WALT, illustrating we are at risk of losing 864k in revenue in just over 5 months. By clicking the bell icon at the top right of the visualisation you can set an alert to notify yourself and other key stakeholders once WALT drops below the 5-month threshold.
As soon as this parameter is broken, you will receive an email notification containing the selected visualiation with a link directing you back to the dashboard.
- Scheduled Reports
Another method for automating the delivery of information is the scheduled delivery function, located at the top right.
Here you can ensure dashboard exports are delivered on a regular cadence in a range of formats.
You are able to set as many scheduled deliveries as you need and filter them for their intended use. For instance, senior management may schedule an export filtered to a member of their management team to be used as an agenda for their catch-up. Alternatively, you may wish to automate your monthly client communications by delivering a monthly PDF filtered to their portfolio.
