The tenancy history page shows an overview of all transactions that a specific tenant has incurred over selected time period.
On this screen its important to note that the debits and credits are displayed according to the flow of from/to Re-Leased rather than the flow of money on the part of the tenant being viewed. Debits are displaying as a positive as its raises the money owed by the tenant, whereas Credits are displayed as a negative since its lowers the tenants balance owed.
- Here you are able to select the extent to which you wish to view the tenant history. You may choose from the following options:
- Last 25 Transactions (Default selection)
- Show all
- By Date Range
- You have two options to export this history view out of Re-Leased by either emailing a .pdf view to a recipient or by downloading a .pdf copy to your local device. Helpful tip: Please ensure that the recipient is made aware as to why debits and credits are displayed as positive and negative values respectively.
- A running history of Debits, Credits and the corresponding Balance is displayed from oldest to newest.
