The Budget Summary Report can be found under Reports > General > Budget Summary Report. Depending on which Budget feature you are using, will determine whether you refer to the Budget by Area or Budget by Tenancy Reports.
This report provides the information on the summary tab in the budget, with the additional option to show budget notes and group the expense accounts by cost classifications.
The filters for this report are:
- Report For
- Property to Include
- For the Budget
- Show Breakdown by Cost Classification
- Show Budget Allocations
- Show Budget Notes
- Show the variance between the report in point 3 and those added input 9
- Display the chart of account codes
- Add up to two budgets to compare against
The report will show each budget schedule with the relevant expense accounts and budgeted costs.
If you have chosen to add in Variance calculations you will see this added as an additional column for each Budget to Compare.
