It is important to remember when changing owners for properties, that if the property has been designated a bank account under Re-Leased Pay, you need to make sure to update the bank account under the Re-Leased Pay settings.

Step 1:
- Navigate to Re-Leased Pay Account Settings
- Select 3 dot menu and select Edit
Step 2:
- Navigate to Select bank account
- Update bank account details with that of the new owner
- Make sure all property details in Received funds from field are accurate.
Note: Be sure that all outstanding Invoices for the property that is changing have been paid before updating the account and ensure the account is updated before issuing any new invoices.
