All customers now have access to contact our Customer Support within the Re-Leased app. This means you can find answers to your questions, submit feedback, or open a support ticket quickly & easily without ever having to leave the app.
Get in-app customer support
By simply clicking on the question mark icon located in the top right corner of the app, you can access the "Contact Support" feature and receive the assistance you need quickly and efficiently.
- Click the question mark icon (?) located in the top right corner of the app.
- Click Contact Support.
- Enter your question to search our Knowledge Base resources by question, keyword, or topic.
- If you can’t find your answer in our knowledge base, then click “Get in touch” to contact Customer Support.
- Complete the Contact Support Form in detail. For faster handling of your enquiry, please ensure to include an example, property / lease/tenancy, or screenshot your ticket relates too.
- Click "Send".
- After your ticket has been submitted, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know the ticket was created successfully with the Ticket ID number.
