We are excited to introduce a significant improvement to the two-factor authentication (2FA) recovery process in Re-Leased, giving users more control and autonomy over their account security.
Previously, if a customer lost their 2FA device or recovery codes, they had to reach out to our customer support for assistance. However, we have now upgraded this process giving Administrators of an account an ability to trigger the 2FA recovery process directly from within Re-Leased for themselves and for other account users without the need to contact support.
To initiate the reset process, simply follow these steps:
1. Navigate to Settings > Users.
2. Locate the user who has requested the reset.
3. Click on the "reset now" link next to the user's name.
Once triggered, the user will receive an email containing a reset link, which will be valid for the usual 30 minutes from the time of resetting.
