All Insights customers with Admin user role can now control the level of access individuals in their organization have to different dashboards and information. By default, all user roles, including any new user roles or groups you create, will have full access to all dashboards.
Create new user roles
Go to Settings > Maintain User Roles and select the User Roles tab. Select Create New User Role to create a new role or group. Specify what access you want to grant to this user role group. Click Save User Role once finished.
View current permissions
Go to Settings > Maintain User Roles to view the list of active users roles or groups and their role assignments. You can expand each section by clicking the downward pointing arrow on the right hand side.
Manage current user role's access
To adjust user role access, simply go to Settings > Maintain User Roles > User Role to make changes to your chosen user role or group. After expanding the "Insights Permissions" section, you will be able to amend the user's access per dashboard. These updated permissions will take effect upon the next login for users belonging to the updated group.
NB: You may see dashboards that do not relate to your Re-Leased subscription. If this happens and you toggle access on/off there should be no resulting effect in the list of dashboards you see.
