The following aren't supported in the Sage Intacct integration:
On-edit syncing
If (entities) are edited, the sync is not triggered automatically. You can either trigger the sync manually, or wait for the automatic overnight sync.
Multi currency
Contacts and invoices using multi-currency in Sage Intacct can't sync to Re-Leased. You will need to unlink these from the connection between Re-Leased and Sage Intacct. Once unlinked it's recommended to make the contact inactive in Sage Intacct and create a new contact in your local currency.
Journal entry payments
Journal entry payments can't sync from Sage Intacct to Re-Leased.
Overpayment support
Overpayments or prepayments created in Sage Intacct can't sync to Re-Leased.
Invoice PDF's
You can only use the invoice PDF's generated by Re-Leased, not the invoice PDF's generated by Sage Intacct.
Invoice attachments
Attachments on invoices in Sage Intacct are not synced to Re-Leased.
Edit AR invoices within Re-Leased
If an AR invoice is edited in Re-Leased, the changes won't be synced to Sage Intacct. The changes will need to be made in both systems.
Edit Vendor invoices within Re-Leased
If a Vendor invoice is edited in Re-Leased, the changes won't be synced to Sage Intacct. The changes will need to be made in both systems.
Void invoices within Re-Leased
If any invoice/bill is voided in Re-Leased, the change won't be synced to Sage Intacct. The invoice/bill will also need to be voided in Sage Intacct.
Edit contacts within Re-Leased
If a contact is edited in Re-Leased, the change won't be synced to Sage Intacct. The contact will also need to be updated in Sage Intacct.
Archive contacts within Re-Leased
If a contact is archived in Re-Leased, the change won't be synced to Sage Intacct. The contact will also need to be archived in Sage Intacct.
Refunds
Refunds created in Sage Intacct can't be synced to Re-Leased.
