By default, each owner ledger will receive a separate statement. If an owner contact has more than one ledger, there is an option to combine all ledgers on one statement.
There are also options suited to Residential or Commercial owners. You can set your preferred company default option in the Owner Statement display options under Settings.
To set a specific statement type at an owner level, go to Contacts > Owners > Contact details scroll down to the Owner details section, and choose the type from the Owner statements drop down field.
There are six available statement types:
- Combined statement for all ledgers - residential
- Separate statement for each ledger - residential
- Separate statement for each ledger - commercial
- Separate detailed statement for each ledger - commercial
- Separate short statement for each ledger - commercial
- Separate balances statement for each ledger - commercial
