Fees will only be available for those using Client or Trust Accounting. Those on an integrated platform will not have this function available.
Fees that have been raised but not disbursed can be edited or cancelled.
Locate the fee by selecting Fees on the left menu of the property, owner or tenancy it was raised against.
All fees relating to that record will show in a list. Where the status is Raised, there will be a menu beside the entry with options to edit or cancel. Once the fee is cancelled it cannot be un-cancelled.
Any Fees that are disbursed can not be cancelled. If you have disbursed the fees & you need to refund the owner you will need to transfer these funds back into the trust account and create an income invoice against the owner.
