The Archived Properties is an area that holds all old Properties that are no longer active, either because they were sold or just no longer being managed by you. Restoring a Property will make it active again, along with any tenancies which were active at the time of the property being archived.
To restore a Property, click on the Properties menu and then click on the 'Archived' tab. Find the Property you want to restore and select the rotating arrows to restore, or the magnifying glass to preview the property.
Important note:
If the Tenancies were not properly ended or vacated prior to archiving, restoring may cause the rent invoices to raise. Please check the Tenancy Terms & Breaks and Invoices & Credits section as soon as you restore the property.
