When sending an email with attachments, not all email service providers have the same size limit on what they can receive.
To ensure that all attachments can be received by your recipients, if the total size of all attachments exceeds 10 MB, we won't display all attachments in the email sent to the recipient. Instead, we will provide a link to all attachments. If the total size is less than 10 MB, the attachments will be displayed in the email received by your recipients normally.
Attachments can be included when creating a new email by clicking the Attach Files option.
Sent Items can be viewed by heading to the Contact > Correspondence.
