To Restore a contact click on the Contacts menu > Archived Tab > click the Restore option:
Alternatively, click on the contact and you will open the Contact Details page > Click Restore at the bottom of the page.
You will be asked if you want to restore this Contact Click Restore this Contact to complete the operation OR click Cancel to leave the contact as Archived.
If you are unable to restore a contact due to a padlock appearing next to the restore button, this is a message to let you know that a contact exists in the system with the same name, should this contact need to be restored the contact in Re-Leased will need to be adjusted so that the name is not the same.
