First set up the Owners Group contact. See Setting up an Owner Group for more information.
The individual 'Owner' contacts for each member will also need to be created if this is not yet done. See Adding a Contact for more information.
Open the Owners Group contact, select 'Owner Group Members' on the left menu, and select 'Manage Owner Group Members'.
Enter each owner group member's name, it will match the contact you have already created. If the share is a % split, enter each member's share in the Percentage field on each line. If the owner contact has more than 1 bank account, check that the correct one is selected for this Owners Group.
If the funds are to be split by amounts, rather than %, or a combination, click '+ Add Fixed Amounts'. This page opens the option to prioritise disbursement, in this example, Bernice will be disbursed 50% of the funds first, then Charlotte.
