Please note - the Supplier's Insurance Report will be switched off in January 2023; as the functionality is available in the Insurance Hub.
To gain an overall view of the Supplier's Insurance policies across a Company, use the Supplier's Insurance Report.
To get there, go the main Reports menu, then click on Supplier's Insurance Report under Other Reports.
This report loads dynamically, which means it responds immediately to changes in the filters applied without needing to press another button to re-load the report results. This means when you land on the report page it will show an unfiltered list of all policies, sorted by Name and Expiry date.
In this report, each row of the report represents one individual insurance policy.
Clicking on the name of the policy holder will take you away from the report page and onto that Contact's profile page.
The report can be sorted on any column, and can be sorted by multiple columns. The order of sorting is indicated by the number at the top of the column, and can be changed by clicking on the column headers. For example in the image below, this report is sorted first by Insurance Status, and then by Expiry Date.
To filter the report, adjust one or more of the filters above the list (Company, Insurance Type, Insurance Status, Assigned to, Expiry date). You can also perform a text search for text contained in any of the fields on the report.
The date filter works as a date picker, where you click two dates and the report will filter to policies only expiring between the two dates chosen.
Download the report as a PDF
To Download a printable PDF version of the report, click the Download button on the right hand side as shown below. This will download a PDF report to your computer.
Please note - the downloaded report will reflect the filters applied on screen when the Download button is clicked.
